Provide impartial information and advice on equipment and adaptations to help assist older and disabled people stay independent. Provide assessments and the opportunity to see and try a wide range of products.
Self or other referral (e.g. Occupational Therapist).
An appointment is necessary for a one-to-one meeting but drop-in is fine for an open day.
People should phone to arrange an appointment. There is a waiting list for one-to-one appointments (typically five weeks).
Things To Know
There is a loop system and personal listener.
People can bring children if they need to.
Interpreting and translation services are available by arrangement.
Geographical area covered: Liverpool City Council residents (and people with Liverpool GPs).
Service is for: disabled people, older people and their carers.
We operate to the Assist UK membership scheme standards.
There is ample parking for disabled and non-disabled people and a disabled toilet.
