LEARNING DIFFICULTIES - COLEBROOK ROAD

Liverpool supported living service offers support to adults with a learning disability to live in their own tenancy's provided by local housing authorities. The aim of the service is to enable people to live as independently as possible within their own communities. At present we provide support at 22 properties which comprises of shared accommodation bungalows and self contained flats. The amount of support offered to service users is determined by an individual assessment of need a package of support is then implemented to meet their requirements.
