There are various sections of girl guiding and the section you join is largerley dependent on your age. Rainbows: 5 - 7 years old who are looking for fun, activities in and outdoors. Exploring, sharing and discovering. Brownies: 7 - 10 years old who have fun whilst learning new practical skills and helping others. Senior Section: If you are aged between 14 - 25 there are many opportunities with girl guiding. Adult Leaders: are between 18 + Girls and young women aged 5 - 25 take part in a wide variety of fun activities. All age ranges are involved in choosing activities that they would like to do. Girlguiding UK is the largest organisation for girls and young women in the UK, with around 600,000 members.
